I loved everything about our stay!!! The owners created something super special and we enjoyed every moment of our stay from the animals, to the games, to the fireplace, and everything!!! Truly a unforgettable experience!

The quaintness and closeness to Fredericksburg
No breakfast although it appeared when I filtered in breakfast included. Also no hot tub as advertised

Calm, in nature with great livestock. Amazing experience in a well made container. Great communication with Eric. Appreciated his availability and ensuring we had everything we needed.
Beds were not to our liking, yet that is personal with our back problem.

Great location and enjoyed the longhorns and chickens.
Floors were very dirty, stains on the comforter and there wasn't enough water pressure to properly wash hair. Water poured in through the roll up door when it rained. The gate broke after the first night and had to be operated manually which was very inconvenient in the pouring rain.
