Месторасположение (по работе нужен был этот район). Хозяин отвечает быстро на сообщения.

Обогреть апартаменты нереально. кондиционер на обогрев работает слабо. Шторы на кухне держатся на нескольких крючках, остальные оборваны.

It was a garage converted into a house. It was cold. The heating system was really bad.

Ubicado y adaptado en un garaje, lo pudimos encontrar con coordenadas. El baño impresentable, lavamanos diminuto, en su grifo han conectado una manguera de ducha, no puedes ducharte, mini espejo colgado en las alturas, agujeros y rotos en pared, tapa WC bailando, el aspirador no paro de funcionar. La TV no funcionó (no conectaba). Equipamiento deficiente en cocina, sin microondas, sin cafetera, apenas cubiertos, una cuchara sopera. Falta limpieza y mantenimiento. Lo reservamos por cercanía al aeropuerto. NO lo recomiendo a nadie.

Quite large and clean. All the furniture seemed very new as well - also had a kitchen, which we appreciated and used. The host was lovely when we asked to stay a bit longer past checkout because one of us was quite sick and needed to rest.

Only 1 set of cutlery and a single plate + bowl certainly made sharing a meal more exciting than usual

Is it not a good idea to enlarge the bathroom?

Good Facilities, big fridge, comfortable bed, beutiful interior design and great instructions for getting access to the appartment, the host was very helpful in letting me turn up a little earlier than normal which was well needed after days in the mountains.

The shower had some difficulty draining into the drain due to the floor being too flat. Not a big deal but a little annoying.

Compact but spacious. Very soft bed. Overall comfortable and perfect location to walk along to Armeec Arena.

Needed a taxi but no info, host didn't respond to my query. No tea towel in kitchen. Milk provided but nothing else. No bin in bathroom., just really small things.
