The hotel-quality linens, combined with the spacious interiors, make sleeping in this room very pleasant to relax in. The living area is spacious and well-designed, with a large L-shaped couch that can be converted into a double for an additional two guests; floor-to-ceiling windows, and a TV for your own personal entertainment. The property boasts plenty of natural light and an ideal neighbourhood view. The kitchen is well-equipped with the essential appliances and amenities you need, including a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods; a washing machine to help refreshen your clothes; an electric stove and oven, a toaster, an electric kettle, and more. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
