4:00PM is check in, 3:30 I e-mail property owner I have no check in instructions. 4:30PM property owner e-mails me reservation cancellation. What!?!? My family is prepared for move in, we’re cancelled with no explanation at all!! VRBO personnel were not very sympathetic or helpful. Offered to pay for one night in a hotel and e-mailed me 4 alternative homes, all much further away from family I’m here to visit, and 3 out of 4 much more expensive than my now cancelled booking.We bunked in with family for 2 days and booked another property I found on my own for 4 days. A very disappointing experience with this property owner and reservation!

About this cabin rental

This is a unique home on the historic Braden River which flows directly into Ward Lake. The house sits on a dead end street that is surrounded by the river on one side and the lake on the other. Across the river is nature preserve which makes this gem surrounded by nature, away from the city but still within a short drive. Come experience life on the water while watching the sunrise over the lake on the porch swing, and sunset on the deck watching the sunset over the river!
