The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, separate full bathroom with tub and shower, and closet. The Second Bedroom has a Queen Bed and closet. The Third Bedroom has two twin beds and a closet. Separate, spacious screened in lanai with dining table. The second bathroom is a full one and also has a bathtub-shower. Washer, dryer, and utilities all included. Portable A/C Units and Ceiling Fans in every bedroom. * Fully stocked with Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Honey, Creamer; Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Spices; Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash; Bath & Beach Towels, Fresh Clean Linens ~ all provided. Pet allowed with non-refundable pet fee. You will have the whole house to yourself. :) Considerate Caretaker is available and lives nearby. IMPORTANT: If you do bring your pet, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THEM ALONE & UNSUPERVISED IN THE HOUSE! As we have found the hard way that they will then bark non-stop and disturb the neighbors, as well as possibly do damage to the house when left unattended.
