A covered front porch makes an ideal perch for morning coffee. The bright, main-floor interior features strong natural lighting and a spacious open layout designed with group gatherings in mind. Boasting sparkling counters and a beautiful backsplash, the kitchen comes equipped for home cooking with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Family meals can be enjoyed in the front dining room, and the the living area offers cozy comfort and casual downtime with a plush sectional, armchair, fireplace, and smart TV. Primary bedroom guests will enjoy en suite features, including a smart TV, private balcony, and attached bathroom. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW This home does not have any ground-floor bedrooms. The pool is open from mid-May until Labor Day. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
