Welcome to beautiful Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the perfect getaway whether you want to stay on the beach all day or experience world-class golfing! Broadway at the Beach and WonderWorks Myrtle Beach are less than seven miles away, so you'll be close to all the excitement and entertainment. The airport is also close by, making it easy to get to and from the home. Spend your days on the Atlantic Ocean or at the glittering pool on-site. Indulge in some friendly competition on the nearby tennis courts to make your stay unforgettable. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, looking out at the scenery from the balcony, or watching a movie on the large TV in the living area. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard room you'll ever need. With three beds and a sofa bed, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures. Find the epitome of comfort in the main suite, which boasts a TV for private viewing and a lovely en suite bathroom. THINGS TO KNOW No smoking is allowed. No motorcycles, RVs, golf carts, or trailers. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
