Séjour très désagréable

Logement pas controlé avant la location: table avec les pieds dévissés, robinet de cuisine détérioré, très peu de vaisselle, pas d'ustensile de cuisine( poêle, casserole couteaux...), roulette de porte de douche détériorée, radiateur de salon qui ne fonctionnait pas, et le meilleur: les WC étaient bouché, ce qui bloquait l'évacuation de l'évier de cuisine. Pour un séjour de 4 jours, nous sommes partis à l'hôtel après 2 jours. J'attends toujours le remboursement du propriétaire.

Good value for the price

The apartment is new and very clean, it has an iron and a hair dryer, all the furniture is new. All the appliances works really well. It includes fridge and some courtesy stuff like coffe and sugar. It is located near to the bus stop. In 30 minutes you arrive to the center of the city and 20 minutes from Sutton Park.

The apartment is ok for 2 people, it is too small for 3

I would not recommend staying at the property as a single female.

There is minimal sound proofing in the property and I could hear every converstaion and movement from the adjoining flat. Albeit I couldn't understand the language the conversations were being held in, but I could hear a machine/processing appliance being used every evening during my stay (made me think of drug processing) and with the apartment door not feeling adequate/secure, I felt quite unsafe in the property, which is exceptionally rare for me given, I've literally travelled the world and lived in war zones! There was inadequate facilities in terms of cooking equipment for a stay of multiple days. The fridge door didn't close effectively and the shower was leaking, here I was more concerned about energy/resource wastage as opposed to my comfort. The apartment hadn't been effecively 'turned over' from the last stay either (bins hadn't been empty, dirty dish cloth etc). The owner did respond to my concerns and someone arrived in an attempt to remedy them.

Large fridge freezer, heating, smart tv wifi Seperate bedroom

The opened packets food left in cupboard, only 2 wine glasses, no cereal bowls, not fully equipped as advertised, The shower was 300mm off the floor with an opening to get in of 400mm water was very slow could not shower properly and wash hair, used amenities left in shower, The smell from shop below could no open bedroom window, Could not walk around bed had to climb over, Dirty used dish washing sponge left Washing machine but no where to dry, no airer or access to outside, Iron but no ironing board was told to use dinning table. The door did not lock from inside, after many messages back and forth and me waiting in for two days with a no show to fix it. it finally got fixed 7 days later, ( they had no spare or master key apparently.. I had to use dinning table against the door to keep closed, in the end I stayed away a couple of consecutive nights whilst I waited for it to be fixed as the area is not a good area with lots of crime, constant noise of police sirens. ( Something I had no idea of at time of booking ) The stair to apartment are dangerously steep, I struggle to get my suitcase up, ( no mention of this on booking com) I have bad Knees and hip or I wouldn't have booked it had I have known ... people came up the stairs they used the handle as a rail as it was so close to the last stair step, Constant noise, Asked where to put rubbish was told out outside your door and we will collect ( 3 days later if was collected) I have a few. Photos but it I my allows me to put 1 of each area up

Would definitely book again.

Small and Quint. For the price there were honestly no complaints. The owner was accommodating both in helping us get into the building and letting us check out very late at no extra cost. I loved that he has his Netflix logged in for guests to use.

The doors were heavy and there was only one towel. Personal issue of my own is I can’t sleep with any light, and the blinds weren’t blacked out ones. None of these things ruined the stay.

Luxurious, warm, good host

Flat 1 was cute and compact, they managed to fit in a lot of stuff in a small space and it all looked lovely, definitely an air of luxury. The owner answered my calls promptly and delt with situations quickly. He was very pleasant and I appreciated the midnight response. Top flat was a lovely size, bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was great, tv worked no problems was a really lovely place, I'd definitely stay here again, was nice n warm. Loved the table settings and cushions on beds ect 100% luxury

Was so hard to find, no door number or indication this was the building at all. Key wasn't in the lock box so had to wait for other guest to come down and give it to us after calling the owner. The lock box to our apartment was broken, the door didn't lock from the inside found this out at midnight . . . . So called the owner , his 1st idea was to put the sofa by the door . . . Told us there was only one other lady in the building alone . . . I dont feel that was a safe thing to do as it could have put her safety at risk. I put the silly ideas down to being half asleep maybe haha he then said there was another apartment not being used in the building that we could stay in . . . That door locked now problem so. The double room wasn't as clean as I would have expected needed a good hoover and there were a few hairs in the lovely made beds . . . . I did put the hoovering down to it maybe not have been 100% ready for guests as they weren't expecting anyone in there that night. Top flat bathroom was pretty small for a 2 bed flat but was functional. The doors were very heavy throughout, a door stop would have been helpful. A tea towel would be a nice touch.

Very good

It was clean, smelled really good, nice and warm, cosy and loved how the apartment looked.

The doors were heavy and hard to open but other than that all good :)

we didn’t stay

decor was nice, well equipped kitchen, tea coffee facilities and extra bits left for your stay.

floor wasn’t very clean, mop bits all over floor, overpowering smell of fish, it is located above a shop in a residential area, we left and booked elsewhere in the end as I couldn’t bear the smell.

Great little place and host and the apartment was very clean and warm with great details like extra blankets and fresh towels and the Netflix on the tv was really good. A good affordable place to stay near city centre would definitely book again thank you

Beautiful small cosy apartment, worth the money

The apartment was very clean and the setup was beautiful. It was very cosy and good value for money. I would stay again. There is parking right outside.

It's located on a busy road. The fridge is hard to access
