Excellent position in the Old Town of Chiang Mai, located on a quieter road with a temple at the top and some well reviewed restaurants at the bottom of the road. including a 7/11 and many massage businesses around it. The staff are all very friendly, helpful & professional. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The room is clean & cosy and you can tell they have tried to think of everything one might need for their comfort. Things are well positioned in the room, which gives a comfortable flow. Kettle with tea & coffee tray, fridge, aircon, hanging space and good lighting, plus a small private balcony for smokers and a washing line. great value for money. I have really liked the big bathroom sink with a working plug, which has been fantastic for hand washing laundry. Thanks for a lovely stay!
My only suggestions are adding a shelf or two in the bathroom to create space for guests toiletries & putting bigger shelves at the bedsides night tables. Also to get the cleaners to dry the mopped bathroom floor so that it is not slippery after cleaning, as this could be a hazard.

The shower holder is sort of broken, it doesn't hold the shower head.
