- Your reservation includes $400 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival. Delivery fee may apply.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Apologies, no pets allowed.
- Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

This was Spring Break for our family of 5 and our friends family of 5. The house was just as listed, amazing views of the Gulf, a beautiful property, and amazing rooms. The house was very clean and ready for our arrival. The beach was easily accessed with the board walk, the pool was warm and ready for the kids immediately on arrival, and the rooms were in pristine condition. Overall, this was an excellent property that we plan to visit again. Both families had an amazing time and were thankful for the way the property had been prepared.

This is our 3rd year staying at Grand Escape. Each year it is a great experience. Love the set up of the house, love the pool, and love that it is right on the beach. We had a couple of very small issues but the property manager responded right away. So easy to work with. We will keep coming back!

The property was all that it was advertised and more. It was a great set up and so comfortable for our family. Access to the beach was perfect. This is a place we would return to again!
