Far enough to be secluded, but actually just 5 minutes to bustling Main Street with restaurants, shops and Breckenridge Ski Resort. Hiking trails 200 feet away. Close to biking trails. Streams run within steps of the front door. Blue River is right down the street, the trail head to Quandary Peak is 5 minutes away. Features: 2 large decks with forest views, 2 car garage, radiant floor heat (go barefoot!), gas fireplace, outdoor wood-burning campfire with picnic table, outdoor grill, Hot Tub, Far Infrared Sauna with Chromotherapy (color therapy), game room with pool table and Multi-Arcade game with 60 classic games,, 6 flat screens with cable, 3 charging stations, 2 Alexa's and WiFi throughout. Upstairs Kitchen: New appliances, Keuring K-Cups coffee maker with coffee and condiments provided, and electric tea pot. Spices, utensils and cookware to cook just about anything you need. Downstairs Kitchen/Game Room/Sauna,/Hot Tub, with refrigerator, microwave, wine cooler and lots of storage. Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom #1: King bed, his and hers closets, HD flat screen with DVR, sitting area, master bath has an extra large, three-person Jacuzzi tub and separate shower with forest and Aspen views from 2 windows. 3rd Floor. Bedroom #2: Queen bed, extra large closet, HD flat screen, forest views from 2 windows. 2nd Floor. Bedroom #3: Queen bed, extra large closet, HD flat screen, forest and Aspen views. 2nd Floor. RENTAL POLICIES: Maximum Accommodations: 10 Maximum Vehicle Limit: 5 4X4 Required: Yes in winter months only Shuttle Service: Drive and drop off distance (.5 miles from Summit Stage, Blue Route, Stop #123-Calle de la Plata, Limited morning and evening schedule) Events: No weddings or events of any kind are permitted at this property. No loud noise after 10 PM. Home comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, napkins), soap products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap), and detergents (laundry and dishwasher) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bake ware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

Allowed us to have our family Christmas in a beautiful spot. A Christmas tree would have been nice but space was tight enough with 10 of us I’m not sure where it would have gone.

Ron was a great host, the home was very well stocked with everything you could need for your stat including shampoos, conditioner's..TP, diswashing detg, trash bags..you really won't have to buy anything.
There was even non perishables in the kitchen..so we highly recommend this home...beautiful views of the majestic mountains. We are a family of 9 and had plenty of room. We even had a beautiful red fox that greeted us when we arrived and we saw him almost everyday. We would highly recomnend this stay.

Beautiful home, close to town yet private. A family of foxes came by every evening. We seen moose within 4 miles of the property almost everyday. This is the best stocked house we have ever rented. We had zero issues. i did contact the owner a few times and he responded very quickly. Great property i highly recommend!

Nice quiet location to call home while on your Breckenridge vacation. Our host, Ron, was very accommodating. The house was stocked with all your basics. We loved the location with the tall pine and the snow capped mountains in the background. The only draw backs we had was it's lack of air Conditioning and no ceiling fans in the bedrooms making for hot sleeping especially in the lower bedroom which had not windows and the loft which had a window but would not open. Also, not enough free standing umbrellas on the upper back deck as it was in full sun all day making it way to hot to set outside and enjoy. The whole house would get extremely hot during mid-day through late afternoon, making it uncomfortable being inside. The house would cool off after the sun went down but bedrooms were still to warm for comfortable sleeping. There was plenty room for our adult family of 9. The pool table was a hit with everyone. It's on the lower level, so it was the only room cool during the day. With the high altitude, all those three level stairs proved to be a big challenge for everyone. We'd stay again if ceiling fans were added to every room and more shade provided for the upper deck.

This amazing property was just private enough to feel secluded from the business of urban Breck… but close enough to enjoy all of the Breck-life we wanted in just a short drive.
There was more than enough room for all of us. Our family really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and deck. We loved the friendly fox and other wildlife we had the opportunity to feed and observe. Outstanding communication with Robert… :) Thank you for a great trip!!!

Ron is amazing. Can’t say enough nice things about him. We had some concerns about the cleanliness of the house and Ron addressed it right away. Then as we were leaving one of our car batteries was dead. Ron came over within 5 minutes to help us. House was perfect for us. 8 adults and a baby. The couch is not comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

I recently rented this house for a ski trip with my friends, and it was absolutely amazing. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house was located just 10 minutes from the mountain, which made it super easy to get to and from the slopes and to go into town for all of the shopping and restaurants. One of the highlights of the house was the hot tub and sauna, which were great for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed, including a crock pot, which was great for cooking meals. The pool table and board games were also a hit with everyone, and we had a lot of fun playing together. The owner of the house was very attentive and helpful. They always responded promptly to any questions or concerns we had. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. It is definitely necessary to have 4-wheel drive to get up to the house, but the street was always plowed after snow and easy to drive. Overall, I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great place to stay for a ski trip. We had an amazing time and I can't wait to go back! I would definitely rent this place again!

We were so excited to come ski Breckenridge for a week and this house was perfect for our large group. There were plenty of bedrooms, use of the garage was perfect for all of our ski gear and our host was super attentive. Ten out of ten would stay again.

We booked this trip as a 5-day hangout with 6 of our closest friends. We had this reservation with the previous owner, but it was later changed to a new owner (Ron). Ron reached out to us and made the transition completely seemless. He even honored our price with the previous owner. This wasn't something he had to do but did it anyway. He even reached out to us once we got there and told us we could stay prior to checking in(AMAZING). Once we got there, the house was even better than the pictures!!! Everything was neat, organized, and clean. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was basically a winter wonder land when we got there. With only a short 5-minute drive to the town any extra amenities/food that we wanted was a breeze. Not to mention the stunning views and Vistas. Overall this trip was special and we made so many unforgettable memories. If we could give this trip/house/owner 6 stars we absolutely would. We will definitely be coming back!

This property was amazing and just perfect for our family of 6, with more than enough room. Entertaining things to do for everyone from children, to teens, to adults, with pool table, board games, arcade games and hot tub. It was close enough to town to get there quickly, but just far enough away from the busyness and crowds that the winter season brings, which made it quiet and peaceful. The property manager/owner was at our beckon call to make sure our stay was top notch. We enjoyed every minute and would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I recently spent 19 days at the property while celebrating a milestone birthday and had friends and family visit over that time. We loved Blue River and Breckenridge, but wouldn't stay at this specific property again. Property manager was very responsive and kind. The reason for the 3-star review was mainly due to a large list of differed maintenance and cleanliness of the property:
* We had to clean/dust when we first arrived.
* Quality of pots, pans, knives, etc were horrible making cooking difficult.
* BBQ grill temperature (maybe the gauge) never got above 325F
* Gas fire table was malfunctioning.
* Hot tub control panel was clunky. Had to spend a lot of time to get to normal heating mode so that it could work.
* Bar stools in basement made of particle board completely broke
* Sliding door in basement was difficult to lock
* Many of the windows/doors were old and de-laminated - need to be replaced.
* Some of carpets were stained and needed to be cleaned/replaced
* There were several vacuum cleaners in the house, some worked and some differential didn't work at all
In general, it felt like the home has been rented to different groups for a long time, but the owners just haven't cared to maintain and love the property.

This property was perfect for our mountain getaway family retreat. It is far enough from town to be nice and quiet, but close enough to run to the store or restaurants quickly. Tons of games stocked, and the arcade has 100s of games to play. The kitchen is well stocked with basics, and the wet bar in the game room was awesome to have! The only problem we had was not wanting to leave! We would book this property again.

Loved everything about this house! It felt secluded even though it was only 10 minutes from town. All beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, pool table and arcade games. We had two families on this trip and everyone complimented how comfortable this house was. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was as advertised. Great location for 4 guys traveling both north and south for fly fishing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Great outdoors space. Would highly recommend.

The property was well maintained and everything you see in pics matches perfectly. Cyndi the owner was super helpful and easy to get in touch with. We were worried a little bit about it being too far from downtown Breckenridge, but it was a short drive in and just perfect for our family vacation.

This place was perfectly set up for an extended family vacation. Our guests ranged from 3-55+ and everyone had a great time. The sauna was an amenity we haven’t had in our 20+ years coming to summit county. But the real treasure is the location. It’s a quick 10 minutes to main street Breck and the backyard was a winter wonderland dream! We loved sledding in the backyard and sitting by the fire while it snowed. The owner was also extremely responsive to any needs we had. We will definitely be returning!!

Ski trip with 2 families and the place was spacious with 2 living areas and a pool table which entertained the kids. The second kitchen and fridge were great as well. Stocked kitchen and supplies made everything super easy for cooking meals too.

Amazing house for our trip. There were 9 of us and my 4 month old daughter. Didn’t feel we were falling all over each other. I would say 9 would be the comfortable number. Any more may get cramped. Owners were very responsive all around. It has an awesome downstairs with a little bar and kitchen. The place has radiant heated floors for heat which wasn’t too bad but each room has a heater in it which absolutely helped. We would definitely stay here again for sure.

This house is beautiful! It’s located close enough to Main Street but not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. It’s a large home that accommodated my entire family and had everything we needed including fun activities. I would definitely recommend staying here!

It was magical! It snowed twice which made every view look like a postcard. We were afraid it would feel to far from town but it only took 7-10 to get to town. It was peaceful snd quiet. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. All of my adult children had there own room. The pool table and games kept the kids and adults entertained.. We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pits The living area was smaller than it looked like in the pictures and another couch for seating area would have been nice. Overall though was awesome in every way. We would definitely stay again.

Wow! What a wonderful place to spend a week in Colorado! This place has everything you need from kitchen ware, toiletries, to cleaning supplies…I even found a sewing kit! Extremely well stocked and lots of fun activities to do at the house. Quick drive from Breck and excellent communication! Recommend!! 10 out of 10!

We had a wonderful experience at this cabin! There were 10 of us ranging from 1 year old to 75 that stayed here for our wedding week and everyone had plenty of room and got to enjoy all the property had to offer! It was really clean, all the bedding and towels smelled fresh from the washer. There were so many amenities and extras, we could've packed even less than we did! There was everything from a high chair and pack n play, to shampoo/conditioner, a hair dryer, q-tips, literally everything in the kitchen aside from what you need to cook, games, books everywhere, and so much more! The backyard, great room and game room downstairs were our favorite places to hang out and relax together. There was a fox that visited every day, along with chipmunks, squirrels and different birds. It was peaceful, and you can see the neighboring houses through the trees, but it still felt private. Cyndi was great with communication, and available for messages here and through call/text anytime we had questions. The views were semi obstructed with the pine and Aspen trees, but you can still see plenty and it's beautiful! Breckenridge is only 5 miles away, and there are a ton of hiking trails that are within 5-20 minutes. We would definitely book again next time we come to the area! Highly recommend!!

I went for a week stay that included 4 adults and 3 kids. The property was clean and comfortable with enough space for all of us to enjoy. It seemed to have everything we needed right from the start. The amenities were nice to have, we really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna room, pool table and all the outdoor activities for the kids. The property is a short, easy drive from Breckenridge and also very close to a lot of amazing hiking trails nearby. The property does not have a spectacular mountain view, but you still get that mountain feel when you are out on the patio and around the fire pit. We even had a friendly moose family come visit on three different days during the week. The owner was accessible via text messages throughout the week and was pleasant to communicate with. Overall enjoyed the stay!
