The Residences of Kensington are the crown jewel in our array of housing offerings. This two-bedroom one bath unit has a boho glam vibe much like the decadent peacock, who populates the unit with touches of feathery glam throughout. Each unit comes with a garage, not attached, and free laundry access in the building (not in the individual units). In addition to the garage there is a second parking space available for each apartment. Bathrooms have tub/shower and large 48″ vanity, many with granite or quartz updates and new shower doors and updated fixtures.
