About this house rental
The front house is The Green Iguana, an updated 3/1 with two off street parking spots and in suite laundry. The back house is The Pink Flamingo, an updated 2/1 with in suite laundry. Come enjoy the entire property. Great for groups that need individual privacy! The property is listed for up to 12 guests. There are 5 bedrooms total which can sleep 2 people each. The other 2 may each sleep on one of the couches. Otherwise, keep your guests to 10 if everyone requires a bed.

We had 8 family members needing a house to stay in for a few nights. This set of two little houses suited us perfectly. Good location with easy access to downtown St. Pete. Good communication from host. Parking is a little tight on the road if you have more than two vehicles, but worked out just fine for us.

Very comfortable property. Bedrooms were large and clean. Showers were hot. Neighborhood was quiet. We had 10 adults, two children and two small dogs and we all had a good time. Property is close to everything St. Pete has to offer. Would stay here again. Owner was very helpful.
