What a great vacation home that you will want to return to time and time again! The breath taking views of this North Tahoe lakefront home will both inspire and comfort you. Enjoy a good book on one of the two decks, crawdad fishing off the pier, a refreshing morning swim, early morning water ski, sunset paddle board adventure - this list goes on and on. There is a game room with a pool table, ping pong table and a hockey shuffle board for some friendly family competition. On chilly evenings cozy up to a fire in the great room's granite fire place while enjoying the view of the alpenglow on the mountains of Lake Tahoe. Winters at this house is a treat - the view Lake Tahoe with the surrounding snow capped mountains will sooth your sore muscles from a long day playing in the snow. The kitchen and 3 of the 4 bathrooms are newly remodeled making this home even more inviting! Bed configuration: Primary #1 – 1 King Bedroom #2 - 1 King Bedroom #3 - 1 King & 1 Bunk Bed Bedroom #4 - 2 Twins Features: * Lakefront * Buoy * Garage parking * Fireplace * Game Room Other things to Note: * * Parking: Winter Months Parking for Three Cars Only. Parking for 4 Cars in Summer. * Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access. * Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell. *Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. *Renters must be 25+ *Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults * This is a non-smoking home. * Pets are not allowed at this home. ***Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of electronically signed Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking the reservation*** TOT cert #: 82927 Permit #: STR23-8302

House was great! Views were unbeatable, the game room was a welcome addition and everyone had enough space to be comfortable (beds/baths). Would stay here again and recommend to other family and friends!

We were married on the private dock, enjoyed the amenities(boat, game room, and dock). Loved the views from living room, and nice size dock for everyone to hang out. Built a fire, and fished off the dock. The location was perfect for
boat rentals, restaurants and gaming. Beautiful kitchen too.
The only thing was the noise from the Main Street, but worth it!!! Will return!

We stayed for 7 nights in late July, 3 family, 9 total including 3 kids (age 4,7,12). Great location (near Kings beach), lake direct access, spacious, lake view deck, nice quiet neighborhood. The property was clean but some of the stuff broken (e.g. shade, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, water glasses, shelf) The management professionals are very responsive and responsible. They came with replacement very quickly in such a professional manner, which we were so impressed. The sound of passing cars on the road was a bit noisy during the day, but overall, we love the experience, we would definitely come back again. Perfect for multi families vacation together with beach front experience. We cooked almost every meal, kitchen experience was great. The booking, payment and whole experience is satisfactory.

The view from the living space and deck are amazing. Which makes the price ok. Otherwise, we arrived and noticed things could be maintained better. Blinds were bent, dusty. Fridge was a tad dirty.coffee maker was really gross so went out to buy one. Slider door took a LOT of work to get locked. Patio furniture had no cushions/umbrellas but after some searching we found some very dusty items in the garage and cleaned up, set out. I assume this should have been done by management? The traffic noise is terrible and really affected out sleep. Obviously Tahoe homes don’t usually have AC, but sleeping with the windows open was not feasible with the noise from the road. Left vacation feeling exhausted from terrible sleep. Our second day the water was shut off for over an hour. Unsure why. With kids that is a tough one.All to say, we had a great time, the view of the lake, access to the water was as expected. But we wouldn’t rent this home again.

Great location with amazing views. A few friends on mine we're there for my bachelor party. We enjoyed the quietness, views, and South Tahoe which less than a hour drive. This place was fairly clean except the pillows. They were pretty nasty. Also I emailed the property management team and place a number of calls with them and no response. I hope the owner of this property reads this review and reaches out to me. I'd be happy to discuss my concerns with them. I fill the property management team failed this one. Sorry to the owner. You do have an amazing home and would visit again. But only my concerns were answered. God bless

This was our second time staying at this house, and we have had a great experience each time. The view and the deck are fantastic. We had a couple of days with cooler/rainy weather, so the game room downstairs was very popular.

We had a heater issue the second day of our stay and it was resolved immidieately. We did not give it a 5 star because it is on a busy road and gets quite noisy early in the morning. The house is carpeted throughout and it is only so clean a carpet can get in a rental property with constant traffic.

To walk in the door from the garage and see the view is breathtaking. Its a beautiful big house right on the lake with all the amenities. It looks like there are many fun things to do mostly in summer with a kayak and paddle boat etc on property but since staying in Nov we didnt use them. My husband and I just relaxed, watched movies while the kids went hiking and exploring around Lake Tahoe. The game room downstairs was fun too. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook for the family. Loved this house!

The location is ideal being waterfront and in one of the best areas on the lake. We loved sitting on the back deck and taking in the beauty of Tahoe. It was also great having a buoy, if the water wasn’t so low the dock would’ve been amazing too. Only real downfall is the noise of the cars and parking is somewhat a challenge, but there’s not much you can do about that if you want waterfront, after a day or two we adapted. House was very comfortable and well laid out. Only suggestions I have is to provide seat cushions for outside table, tighten up the air hockey table so it could be used and update kitchenware. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

The panoramic view is beyond amazing! Although there is no back yard, there is a very large deck overlooking the lake with plenty of room for all who stay at the house. There is also a shared dock if you like to feel the lake coolness on a hot day. The game room is also amazing - table tennis, shuffleboard (on a table), pool and air hockey. There are water toys and water craft available. Some of the furnishings are old, but generally comfortable. Since you are on the lake, you will have to put up with road noise, but that would be true of any lakefront property. The house is old and could use some upgrades, but these were more annoying than significant considering all the positives the house has to offer.

The Good: The entire admin process worked as expected. Prompt responses to calls and email. Credit Card charged as agreed. The views from the property are outstanding, as is most properties around the lake.

Property is in great location. I love the view of the lake and the mountain. The only thing I would change is the cleanliness of the house. Someone left a used tampon under our bed. We found it because my daughter dropped her toys and when we try to find it...we saw a used tampon. It was gross. I think the couch needs to go because it's falling apart and my daughter got her toe cut from the staple of the couch. Other than that we love our stay.

The house is clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent. The views are amazing! furniture is a little worn and musty but still clean. We had an excellent stay and will definitely be back.

This house was wonderful to stay at. We really enjoyed our selves. Michel was great to work with. One thing I would add is a space heater for the game room. we spent a lot of time in there and it's noticeably cooler in there. Probably not an issue in summer.

Our daughter was getting married in Tahoe. The home was perfect for our family and close to the wedding site. The only thing not listed was that it was a three story house. it worked out ok for our family but others need to know in case there is anyone with special needs. we had a wonderful time there and would recommend this place to anyone. plenty of room to spread out.

Beautiful property in a great location. The home was well stocked and comfortable for our family of 7 + a toddler. The road noise is definitely heard especially at night with the windows open, but that was our only negative with this great home. Great management, clean and a beautiful setting.

Overall a great place to stay, and I would definitely stay here again! The view cannot be beat!
There are a few things to note:
1) The garage only has space for one SUV. This can be an issue if you're staying in the winter, and it snows.
2) The game room (located on the lower floor) is noticeably colder than the rest of the cabin in the winter, so we didn't hang out down there as much as I would have thought.

We had a great time. the game room was a hit with everyone 3-58 years old! We had snow to play in the first morning and then had coffee and played games on then deck the next three days, was perfect weather 😀. Kids fished from the dock. We will return!

The location and views were breathtaking. The accommodations and kitchen amenities we excellent. The only complaint was the downstairs game room. It either needs some repair and upkeep or reconfiguration to a better use. The pool table cues had no tips, the shuffleboard had no wax to allow the pucks to slide, the table tennis table was warped and the air hockey table was a bit wabbly. Therefore, we did not use the game room during our stay. Despite the game room I would return and recommend others.

Can't beat the location on the lake. Sunrises are gorgeous. The house is a bit rustic and the traffic can be a bit loud at times. Overall, well worth it.
