Being an elevated First Tier Beach house you enter the home up a flight of stairs to the main entry. Equipped with a state of the art Smart Lock, you will have a unique code allowing you entry into the home. You may accidentally overlook the updated kitchen as your eyes are immediately drawn to the Twin Oversized Glass Sliding doors looking out over the gulf of Mexico. If you can resist the view and immediately stepping out onto the screened and covered porch you will be greeted by the updated kitchen, brand new appliance suite, custom granite counter tops and a large island with induction range just waiting for you to whip up your favorite dish.
The open concept living area just past the kitchen island you will notice the coffee bar adjacent to the reclaimed wood accent wall and Large 65” Ultra high Definition 4k TV. The two love seats are equipped with new pull out twin sleeper beds. The Acacia wood Dining table seats 6 comfortably for dining or a game of cards after a long day on the beach.
A symmetrical floor plan has 2 spacious Bedrooms located on opposing sides of the living area. With solid acacia wood King Beds & Top Rated Mattresses you’ll feel at home in your own private rooms. Each Bedroom has an incredible ocean view through a large sliding glass door that opens onto the large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Mature Palm Trees.
One Bedroom is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, New Granite counters, double sinks and walk in tiled shower. If you are fortunate enough to be able to work remote you’ll be the envy of all your zoom peers as you will enjoy taking your video conference from the built in desk and tech area.
Bedroom #2 is located just past the hallway laundry closet. A full bath shares access to the main living area and the second bedroom. Each Bedroom has a large ultra high definition wall mounted TV with Roku streaming service.

Loved the house, it truly was one of our top 5 places we have stayed in this area. Nick was an awesome host and responded promptly. Also loved that we could bring our little dog. We will definitely be staying here again.Belinda Copeland

We had a great stay at this house! It was everything in the description and more. At high tide this house sits on the edge of the ocean. The views and the beach were beautiful, so much wildlife to see. We walked all the way to the north point, which is part of Bald Point State Park and never saw any other people. It was quite and relaxing which is exactly what we were hoping for. It worked out great with our dog too, he made friends with the other few dogs that were there. We love that it is a pet friendly beach! Nick, the owner made it simple and easy to stay. We loved sitting under the shade of the palm trees with the ocean waves only feet away. Its a little bit wilder than a place like Panama City, but in the best way. We loved our stay!

Right on the beach as stated. Appliances are very good and beds are good. Fairly secluded area in the off season!

The location of this house is unreal, right on the beach, couldn't ask for a better spot, me and the wife have stayed 3 times there and love the location. The down side, the owner is not keeping it up like he/she should, out of the 3 times we have been there we have had issues with the house twice. The first year, all was great, everything worked, the 2nd year, no outside shower, it was fixed the day we was leaving, the 3rd year, I sent a message to Nick the day before our arrival to make sure the outside shower worked and it did not, he had to send someone out to replace the shower head
