This is a brand new Sheraton and a beautiful hotel. It’s the most American hotel I’ve stayed in, in France. It has all the amenities. My only complaint is that the restaurant is closed on Saturday night. Crazy! It’s one of the reasons I stayed here, for my flight the next day, I wanted to be able to have a decent meal and looked for a hotel with a restaurant. I was quite surprised disappointed when I arrived, and they told me the restaurant was closed.

Beautiful hotel. But the shuttle doesn’t start running until 5:00 am, when first flights start at 6:00. Ended up paying 20 Euros to get to the airport. It was loud. Not from the airplanes but sounded like a ice machine was going off every 5 minutes. Incredibly difficult to get some rest before traveling.

We had a problem checking in because of a misunderstanding with a 10% discount but after being looked at it was honoured but not without discussion. The bar staff were extremely pleasant and all spoke fluent English. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice, you wouldn't need to eat for the rest of the day if you were inclined to taste everything. The choice of teas was great. The rooms were lovely and big and well equipped with USBs and a phone chargers on the console. Tried to turn the heating down below 19 but unable to so was a little warm. Lots of mirrors. Lack of lighting in the main bedroom area. Although didn't use the gym or the pool on the roof it looked great and was annoyed I forgot my cossie. Parking available which we didn't use however no undercover walkway to get to the car park and it was throwing it down with rain the morning we left so you just get wet going to your car. Lots of seating in reception area along with power sockets to charge electrical devices. Looked at the restaurant menu but very uninspiring, very little choice.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel is an easy walk to the airport. Bar menu has delicious food and whilst this is certainly not a budget option, it's great and I will happily return.

Considering the standard of the Sheraton, there is a lack of help and service. No smile at the reception. Quite cold atmosphere. Straight modern hotel without a soul.

The staff was not helpful and gave the impression they did t gave to do anything to help because they were part of a bogged hotel chain and would get other customers anyways. The airport shuttle is COMPLETELY unreliable…. Do not stay there for that

The "five minute walk" to the airport is at least a 10 minute slog with all of your luggage. The "free shuttle bus" is only at certain times and if that does not suit you, you're on your own, it is a euro 20 cab ride. The staff were particularly unhelpful.

Beautiful new hotel located at the Bordeaux airport. The property is located a few minutes walk from the tramway line that goes into the city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was a special treat. We highly recommend the hotel.

Amazing hotel right next to the airport but you don’t hear anything. Very clean, brand new, extremely confortable. The shower was amazing, the beds too. Service was fantastic and the shuttle was clean and on time. I don’t have any negative feedback.
Will definitely stay here again as soon as I can!

Between the forecourt and the outside patio there is a very small step which is a hazard as it is not highlighted with a hazard strip. I caught this step and tripped, crashing to the ground, and splitting my head open. This gave me a deep gash in my forehead and a large haematoma, damage to my right shoulder and right hand.

This is a relatively brand new property, almost directly across from the Bordeaux Airport (BOD), essentially behind a modern 6 or so floor car park. Rooms are modern with nice fresh layouts. Breakfast offering is worth the extra add on. Hotel still has no active shuttle, but walking from either Terminal A or Terminal B/Billi takes approximately 10mins by foot. Thoroughly enjoyed initial stay at this property & would gladly stay again. Once transport and/or walking pathways from the terminals are made more convenient; this property will be even more enjoyable for the weary traveler. For the non-French speaker, even with the occasional language barrier, hotel staff is very helpful & goes out of the way to ensure a pleasant stay.

BEWARE: This airport hotel does not have an airport shuttle. One must walk almost a mile thru messy construction and along a busy road pulling your own luggage. If you have lots of luggage or children, forget it! Construction is so bad my cab driver got a flat tire. 20 euros for a taxi they said. Only after I got very vocal because of my age, they made an exception and drove me over. Don't stay here until they fix this problem. Very difficult to find and get to if you have just flown in.

It was a very long and confusing and even dangerous walk to the hotel. There should b a shuttle to the airport and signs for those who wish to walk. There was not a sidewalk the whole way and much was not lighted at night. Advice to “walk through the parking lot “ did not work as there is no opening in the fence.
Disappointed that the pool was not heated and the hot tub was not on
