I was quickly and easily able to extend my stay as circumstances changed. The flat was exactly what we needed for the week+ we stayed.

On booking, I didn't receive the contract I had to sign before checking in, so I had to call and have it manually sent. I then had to call again to get the wi-fi information and the correct code for the key box, as this was incorrect. Not ideal when you've travelled 5 hours and arrive at 8,30pm only to find you can't access the property. We also could not access the kitchen as the door handle had been tampered with so it was impossible to open. I had to call Luke Stays and they sent an engineer the next day to fix the problem meaning we had no water for around 12 or more hours. I will say that the customer service rep I spoke with, Aaron, was very polite and worked hard to fix all the issues we had as quickly as possible. He should get a raise, I would hire him! Thanks, mate :-)

bedroom was the only up to date part of the property

everything was from 1950 I had to pay £200 deposit and everything was already broken at the property. doors wouldn’t open once closed. knobs would slide in on the oven and it was older than my Nan. absolutely disgusting bed sheets too as if it hadn’t been changed prior to arrival. also they don’t mention deposit until you have paid on booking.com..... avoid please

It is a very cozy and clean place.
