Pros: - Plenty of cutlery, dishes, and glasses for a big crowd. - Plenty of kitchen supplies. You should really update your amenities list! We had way more than we thought we would! Thankful for 2 dishwashers and the dishwasher detergent, and for 2 laundry setups and some laundry detergent. Great layout. Grands had a fine time playing on the porches! A backed-up drain in an upstairs bathroom was fixed quickly (although the towels below the sink were left sopping wet). Everyone enjoyed the pool table and the arcade game. Cons: Propane: In listing pictures, tanks of propane were clearly shown, yet a message on the fridge stated that propane was not provided. In our case, a tank was present, but we don't know if it was left by a previous guest or was actually provided, and it was lacking a guage to show volume. Grills: On one grill, only 4 of the 5 burners lit. The other grill didn't work at all. Neither was clean. Refrigerators: On the main level, one refrigerator didn't work well enough to keep items cold in the fridge or frozen in the freezer. Freezers: Neither the main level freezers nor the downstairs freezer were producing ice, which necessitated the purchase of multiple bags of ice throughout the week. We were told that all freezers had ice makers, so the fact that none worked was a big disappointment. Kitchen utensils: several small utensils were broken, including the garlic press, the hand-crank can opener, and the plastic 2-cup measure. Showers: Slip-resistant strips should be added to the floor of all step-in showers. One of my grandchildren slipped and fell due to the slippery floor. Games: half the corn hole game was missing, and no beanbags were present. Arrival: The check-in email had incorrect information on how to connect to the wi-fi. The binder information was correct, but both the check-in email and the binder should have had correct information.

We enjoyed our stay for a family reunion in the big, beautiful home. Perfect size for our family. Very clean! We will book again.

We had a great time at this place. Plenty of room for 2 large families. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only downside was the refrigerator freezers did not seem to be working properly and we had no ice makers. We did not locate the indoor pool till the last night we were there so a little more explaining on the house info would be helpful in the future. Will definitely stay again.
