NEW FOR 2027 — Ocean Lakes Is Getting Even Better!
If you're planning a **2027 Ocean Lakes vacation**, there's even more to look forward to!
Ocean Lakes is completing a major expansion of its popular **Sandy Harbor recreation area**, with the new facilities currently scheduled to open by **Memorial Day Weekend 2027**.
The centerpiece of the expansion is a **massive new 24,327-square-foot climate-controlled indoor pool facility — approximately 235% larger than the current indoor pool.**
The new indoor aquatic facility is planned to feature:
• Kids' splash pool and aquatic play area
• Two body slides
• Enhanced water-current channel for exercise and recreation
• New food service operation
• Climate-controlled indoor swimming and recreation space
• Meeting and private function areas
And the fun doesn't stop indoors!
Ocean Lakes is also adding a **new 6,114-square-foot resort-style outdoor pool**, offering approximately **36% more water surface than the current outdoor pool**.
The new outdoor pool area is planned to include **private resort-style cabanas**, creating even more space for families to swim, relax, and enjoy their vacation.
An Expanded Game Center & More Improvements
As part of the Sandy Harbor expansion, the **Game Center is also being expanded**, adding more space for games and family fun.

Important Booking Information
**Parking Passes:** Ocean Lakes requires a parking pass for each vehicle. Parking fees are currently $15 per night, per vehicle, or $12 per night when purchased at least 10 days prior to arrival. Parking rates are established by Ocean Lakes and are subject to change.
**Maximum Vehicles:** A maximum of 3 parking passes are permitted.
**Rental Agreement:** A rental agreement is required for all reservations and will be sent electronically through DocuSign.
**Age Requirement:** The primary renter must be at least 26 years old and must remain at the property throughout the reservation. We do not accept bookings for groups of college students under age 26.
**Guest Information:** A list of all occupants and photos of identification for guests age 16 and older must be provided to the property manager prior to arrival for rental, insurance, and emergency purposes.
**No Pets:** Pets are not permitted at 909 Beachtime. Evidence of pets may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
**No Smoking:** Smoking is prohibited on the property.
**Golf Carts:** Guests must follow all Ocean Lakes golf cart rules and regulations.
**Motorcycles & Gas Golf Carts:** Motorcycles and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted within Ocean Lakes.
**Ocean Lakes Rules:** All Ocean Lakes Family Campground rules and applicable South Carolina laws must be followed. Violations may result in removal from the property without a refund.

Beautiful home, beautiful views and so clean. I’ve stayed at many homes in OL and this is by far the cleanest with the most attention to detail. I love that all the porches and stairs are pvc and not wood and even the outdoor furniture isn’t wood. So nothing felt old and rotted. Had no issues and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Sat on the front porch most of the time enjoying the incredible views. Will definitely rent again.
