Stunning Toccoa River Front Access Cottage with storybook setting, perched overlooking rolling river valley and majestic mountain views, newly renovated with style and simplicity…this 3 bedroom/2 bath charmer is roomy with an open living/kitchen/dining concept…plentiful glass to take in the views, warm luxury floors, tiled spa feel baths, master on main and easy one level living, cozy yet bright interior with inviting entry area, covered porch leads to low maintenance yard overlooking dreamy waters edge with private dock, fabulous fire pit area, driveable paved access in place right to the river...throw your toys in the back and park your vehicle at the water’s edge…tastefully furnished , like new condition with timeless charm and character, lovely location near historic downtown area…great for full time or that much needed vacation getaway experience! Look no further….bring your fishing poles! *Inside fireplace is NOT functional* **This Cabin Does Not Allow Pets** **This cabin does not allow pets* If an unauthorized pet is discovered in any cabin, a $200 fine will be charged. An additional cleaning fee up to $300 will be added if a pet is found in a home not designated as pet friendly. You are minutes to restaurants and a couple of breweries like Copperhill Brewery. *Cabin does have a Tesla charger for an additional fee of $20 per day *Cabin has an outdoor propane heater. Propane is not provided but you can bring your own or we can deliver one for $25 with at least 48 hours notice *Firewood is not provided. The pictures of the house did not do it justice. Very spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable! We loved the view of the river and train tracks and convenient location. It was a little too cold for much time on the back porch but it was a great space. We got to enjoy the hot-tub. We would definitely love to rent here again.

What a great place. So many extras. Would definitely stay there again. Wish check in time was sooner in the day. 4pm seems so late!!!

This place was absolutely incredible. The location is just a 20 min ride from downtown blue ridge. the house is very cute and our favorite part was the outside. We used the hot tub everyday and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Communication with the manager was quick and easy and answered all questions. highly highly recommend!

I have to say, that I was worried being the first time guest at this location...but we are so happy we chose this place! The home and property are exactly what you see in the pictures. Home fully equipped and it all seemed brand-new. Great taste in decor. House and deck was spot clean. So if your a clean freak like me, you won't be disappointed. The view was beautiful with the sound of running water as a nice touch. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and at times walked to the fire pit. We made a fire every night. And lets not forget the jacuzzi, it was a plus! The train runs behind the home. It was closed during the Thanksgiving holiday so we did not experience any noise. The home was close to all we needed. We were very close to the Georgia/Tennessee boardline. There is an amazing Cuban restaurant where we enjoyed coffee pasties and sandwiches. 15 to 20 min drive to Downtown Blueridge. Im definitely saving this spot. We will come back! Thank you for making our holiday getaway an enjoyable one!!
