About this villa rental

Situated in Stann Creek District, this attractive villa for $242 per night is a great choice for your next break. Los Porticos Villa 8B Wake up to the sound of the shore, located a few steps from this ground-floor villa -- one of only four with unobstructed sea views. You’ll love the local artwork and furnished veranda -- dine alfresco while enjoying the sea breeze! A tropically landscaped oasis, Los Porticos Villas is a small, boutique complex with a resort pool, an on-site restaurant, and 300’ of beautiful beachfront. Spend sunny days on the sand, or snorkel the nearby reefs. Whip up meals in the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with stainless steel appliances and sleek countertops. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea from your beachfront veranda. There is a high are high powered air-conditioning window units in the living area, dining area, and each bedroom. Take a refreshing dip in the Los Porticos pool. Steps away, the beautiful private beach has a small coral reef just offshore -- perfect for snorkeling. Top off fun-filled days with a reservation at La Dolce Vita, the casual-chic on-site restaurant (open seasonally). Los Porticos is private enough to feel worlds away, yet only a mile from the village and a 5-minute cab ride from the Placencia Airport Airstrip. Refreshingly un-touristy, the small village of Placencia presents open-air restaurants with tasty seafood and international cuisine. Rent bikes, kayaks, or golf carts to get around. Visit Mayan archaeological sites or hire local guides for a diving, sailing, or jungle adventure. English is understood throughout the village. Note that English is the official language of the country of Belize. Most Belizeans speak English in addition to other languages such as Belizean Kriole, Spanish, Garifuna and others. Home to Earth's second-largest Barrier Reef, Belize is dotted with tiny islands called Cayes -- known the world over for their unmatched diving and snorkeling opportunities. Los Porticos Villas is located on a private sandy beach with views of the crystal clear, turquoise Caribbean Sea for a perfect Belize vacation. We have a pool, partially shaded sitting area, pool & beach loungers and beach towels so you don’t need to bring your own. The property is gorgeously adorned with beautiful tropical plants and trees that house such various tropical animals such as birds, butterflies, iguanas and you may even see a few parrots fly by. Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules. The pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay. Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.
