This was one of the most beautiful rentals I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect, the welcome bag in the beginning was a nice touch. We had such an amazing time here, we can’t wait to go back!

Pretty house. Well equipped cooking instruments.

The staff was the worst among any one who I met before. 1st, this house is for five. We had two cars, but there was no space to let them know before check in. So, during 30 mins for adding one more cat to this villa, we could not enter, even the temperature outside was terribly hot. Second, in the controller, they asked about the late checkout. I would like to use this but it was not possible. At that time, my family were outside, so I asked just we will be late a little so I said pls extend it just one hour for picking up our bags. But they are not kind and ignore everything. Is it because we were not American? I was so disappointed. And the staff voice is small voice so I couldn’t understand what she said. Anyway it was unpleasant experience for me.
