Friendly staff. The room feels nice and authentic. Just next to the river, so it's easy to walk.
Mosquitoes in the room. But you can always prepare mosquito repellent.

For the price , exceptional value .. this a no frills place.. comfortable and very helpful staff....20 metres from Virak Buntham bus terminal ..
As an expat with Khmer wife, locking the gate at 10pm is too early , especially if you want to stay out later with local friends.. For tourists , this is not a problem ..

The staff was very friendly and helpful
The facility is not in good condition. The bathroom is a bit too low standard and the room was full of bugs even before I entered. It's a shame, because the staff was very friendly
