This was a very convenient and nice place to stay. The problem was we couldn't find the 4th bed and when we tried the contact host. I got an error. Not able to send. This was unexpected.

My husband & I were in town with friends for a golf tournament. We decided to try VRBO instead of a hotel & we are so glad we did! Tonya & Terrance’s home is so clean & decorated just as the pictures show online. They are both so nice & accommodating, we gave them 5 stars, across the board.

The house had the perfect accommodations for our family. Space for the kids to play outside. Two living rooms and two kitchens. The decor was relaxing and luxurious. The beds were so comfortable. The only negative thing about our experience was the check out time of nine am. I would definitely stay again the next time we are in the area. Loved this house

I'll start with the good about this property - The location was convenient and the property manager responded quickly whenever I reached out with a question. Unfortunately, the bad outweighs the good. The house was not clean when we arrived. There were candy wrappers under the TV stand in the den, trash on the floor that didn't appear to have been swept throughout the house and there was hair in the sink and tub and on the floor of all the bathrooms. In fact, it did not appear that the house had been cleaned at all. My sister went into her bathroom and when she pulled the curtain back, there was a bar of soap and a wet wash cloth rolled up on the tub shelf (with hair) that was obviously left by the previous renters. That bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. In addition, as soon as we walked in the house, we could smell a strong mildew odor throughout the house. The odor is so bad that everything we took into the house smelled like mildew when we left - even the clean clothes we didn't wear and the ones we washed while there. I did mention the smell and the fact that we had to clean the house, particularly the bathrooms, ourselves once we arrived when I spoke with the property manager, but I got a cryptic response that seem more concerned with us giving our stay a 5-star review. Sadly, our stay was not 5-star worthy.

Had a great stay visiting family. Furnishings are beautiful. Beds are super comfortable. Tons of pillows, blankets and towels. Very kind and communicative owners. Neighborhood was nice. The kitchen cabinetry is painted but is noticeably older. Obviously not a major issue but newer would be nice. There were air beds, toys for the kids and games, and the owners left snacks and a card - a very thoughtful touch. Appreciated the low cleaning fee very much!! And lots of access to cleaning supplies! Would definitely return!

The property superseded our expectations. 2 well appointed kitchens, 3 full bathrooms allowing for two primary suites. We had enough space for everyone to spread out but still enjoy the togetherness, perfect for families or larger groups. I would rent again. The property was well stocked and had everything you could ever think of. The best part was the cute little welcome sign and snacks. Very thoughtful. The hosts were fantastic. We had an issue that was completely our fault. As soon as I contacted the host, at an inconvenient hour I might add, they came quickly to assist. Check in was a breeze. Rent you will not regret it.

There is nothing wrong with this place. We left before 4 each morning and came back after 12 so I can’t speak on the neighborhood but it seemed fine.

This is the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. There were 5 of us (my two elderly parents, my 6 year old & husband) & we all had our own space & were comfortable. Tonya thought of every convenience & it made our stay, although brief, so much more enjoyable. If I should ever find myself in the area again, I would definitely book here!
