With a first and second floor covered porch there is plenty of space to stay out of the sun if needed and additionally there's a second floor sunning porch with views of the pool. Outdoor space was not spared at this beach vacation rental!  The main living spaces are located on the second level of this home and include a cozy living room that is open to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen table on this level can seat up to 6 guests and 3 bar-stools, there's seating for 9 guests. The kitchen has updated appliances and ample counter space for all your cooking needs as well as an air fryer! There is a fun kids bunk room on the second floor that sleeps four guests in two twin over twin bunks. The queen size guest room is on the second level, there is a hall way bathroom with a single sink and shower/tub combo. The first floor serves as a second living space complete with a living room and full size kitchen! This is the perfect space to prep pool side snacks. There is a guest bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom complete with a single vanity and walk in shower. There is also one bunk room on the first floor and is a full over full with a twin trundle and another bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo. The third floor has the master suite complete with a king size bed and en suite with a single sink and a glass enclosed shower.  Hop on the bikes and cruise all over 30A, the charming Seaside is just 1 mile away! There is ample parking for four vehicles. Cable TV is included throughout the home so you never have to miss your favorite shows or games!
