This is our favorite place to stay when visiting the area. It’s clean, quiet and convenient to everything!

My husband & I just enjoyed a wonderful 4 nights stay at this sweet abode! We LOVED everything from the immaculately clean accommodations to the beach-ocean themed atmosphere, wonderfully appointed “tiny kitchen” which had EVERYTHING we needed for our meal preparation, a most comfortable firm bed, amazing quiet location in a private, secure, resort neighbourhood. So handy to all the ocean area attractions and the best part… only steps away from a golf course! Rick & Jenn are wonderful. They are always available if needed, yet allow you all the privacy of being able to come & go. A gracious, friendly couple who run their rental with all the TLC you can wish for. We had a lovely time and would stay there again in a heartbeat. We just wish we could have said a proper, in person “thank you & goodbye” on our checkout but we had no answer at your door upon our departure. This is a very cozy, comfortable and quiet studio apartment in a great community with easy access to the beach. Rick and Jenn are great hosts who were concerned with our comfort and satisfaction. We will stay here again when visiting this area.

We went down for a few days to relax and fish. This was the perfect place. We had our privacy and really enjoyed our stay. Host were great.

My wife and I have stayed here before. Very easy check in and place is always spotless. We really liked the new landscaping!

This was one of the cutest places I have ever stayed in! We were more than pleased with everything from check in to check out with everything in between!! They thought of everything and we can't say enough about how fantastic it was!

Loved the beachy decor and how close it is to the beach! It was also only a few miles to the class I was taking as well as all the fun restaurants at Murrells Inlet.

Property is as described. Perfect size for myself and my daughters. Property was clean. Loved that they had any beach gear you would need. Definitely was worth driving a few extra minutes for. The community is gated and the free parking right at the beach was awesome. The neighborhood was well kept and quiet. Owners are quick to respond to all communications. Lovely place to stay and would definitely stay again when we are in the area!

This property was wonderful! It had everything we needed for an amazing price. The location was great, and I loved that it is located in a quiet gated community. I would definitely return to stay here and recommend to my friends and family.

The owners are wonderful people, very polite and will help you with anything you need. Clean and cozy place to say with a nice bed, two big cozy chairs, dishware, silverware, toaster oven, microwave, small fridge, hot plate, bedding, towels, washer and dryer and a hot shower. we enjoyed it so much we are going to return in august for another week and im sure we will be returning again next year. Did i mention its in a gated and patrolled community so nothing to worry about there either and you get a card to park on in a private lot for the beach as well.. thank you so much Myrna and Perry. see you soon

The area (Oceanside Village) is a gated and quiet community. The property owner has taken very good care of the yard and their home too. The studio apartment attached to the home is a perfect place for a couple. Once you walk inside the studio you'll have everything you need during your visit. My wife and I couldn't believe how everything was organized, neat and most importantly CLEAN!!! You'll probably have to drive or rent a golf cart (which is right beside the studio) to access the pools and beach. This is not a problem because having a private access to the pools and beach are some of the great amenities you'll enjoy while visiting this community. We are already looking forward to a return visit very soon!!!
