Nice parking garage. Secure building. Sparsely furnished but adequate. There was only one small television in the living room but was fine for as as we were attending Nashville shows and didn’t need the television. Overall very satisfied and will book again.

Although this condo isn't located directly on Broadway, it's a short Uber trip or a 25-minute walk to downtown. The condo is spacious and simple. It's great for a friend group or family. The parking is on-site but is tight. You also can't check in until 4, unless you pay extra. We ended up walking around until it was time to check-in.

The space was updated and included necessities such as a coffee maker, ice trays, large frig, shampoo and conditioner, nice towels, nice bedding and lots of natural light. The couch needs more pillows to be comfortable it the space was clean. The shared areas needed a bit more cleaning but overall the unit was in good shape.

Loved the condo, it was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The rooftop patio is ana amazing extra! Less than a 10 minute drive to Broadway (uber/Lyft was less than $10 one way and a great way to avoid the $10 an hour parking close to Broadway). 10/10 would stay here again!

Great location about 1.8 miles to Broadway. We walked it a few times it’s all sidewalks very doable. It is also a short cheap Uber ride. Beautiful condo very clean, well equipped.

Family weekend to see George Strait.....perfect location just close enough to the concert venue. The accommodations were perfect a lot of places to walk to or scooter to. The bedrooms were just right for everyone...clean and roomy. We enjoyed the rooftop many times. Definitely would recommend and re book!!!

Very nice and clean apartment in a great location. Only a few minutes from Broadway and would be ideal during football season as it is very close to Titan stadium. Would recommend.

I had an issue with other people being very noisy. I asked for help with management but nothing was done because nobody is on site

We loved the set up and accommodations within the unit (301) however the noise level was a bit much. it was clear we were sharing the building with much younger travelers who either didn't respect the quiet hours or the walls and floors are too thin to do so. Each night we the noise woke us up multiple times which was unfortunate. other than that, the place us lovely and completely matches what you see online. I would recommend for the younger crowds who may head to Nashville to party into the mornings, but for the older crowds that may want to spend all day/evening out and get a good nights rest, maybe not the right spot.

Girl Trip, had enough bedrooms for us. Everything was clean and beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The place had the appearance of being clean but it was not. There was a huge stain on the carpet in front of the couch that looked like vomit. The sheets were like slippery paper. Overall it suited our needs but not sure I’d stay again.
