Lovely clean apartment in good location

Host entered the property without permission / notice late at night as didnt know there was a booking. Also, since checking out been informed that I have broken the hob (which I didn't even use) and the agent is trying to claim damages. I would avoid booking here. Such as shame as was a lovely apartment but not worth the hassle to follow or to have people come in unannounced.
