Close to everything meaning night life, 7/11, train station not too far but if you know the area and you are arriving late evening or leaving around that time walking to the station could be an adventure.
I didn’t get to use the facilities because I was sick so I can’t comment about that. Staff was very responsive to a request regarding the safe.

The staff are super friendly. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is located on a quiet part of Soi 4, so noise when trying to sleep. I asked for a room with a balcony on the front, which I got, and you wake up with a superb Bangkok skyline. Stayed here many times and will be back for sure.
Can't really think of any. Having to leave perhaps....

Location for Nana is perfect. Lift, secure, large balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed.
Shower hose is too short.
The apartment walls are old and stained.
Cupboard doors and broken and old.
Safe didn’t have instructions.
Balcony had no table or chairs.
Towels are old.
