Overall a positive experience. The facade had us a bit worried for a moment but location was perfect for a wedding we attended a few hundred metres away and inside was perfectly fine. Cleaner had made an error with the cleaning schedule so we arrived in the evening to a used apartment(unmade bed, used towels, etc) however this was rectified promptly and without hesitation the property manager offered appropriate compensation for the inconvenience. Jeanette, the cleaner really helped to put us at ease and went above and beyond and even delivered more supplies including an iron and ironing board the next day. Live plants in good condition was a nice touch. Gives impression that the place is maintained regularly.

Not as much privacy from the kids as I hoped as the bedroom area is only separated from the lounge by a large wardrobe/storage partition. Not a deal-breaker. Best suited to single or couple.

Host was very quick to respond to messages and attended to requests very fast. Shower was great. Bed was comfy. Easy to access the property and convenient central location.

The unit is pretty old and looks a bit tired and dated, but all facilities worked and served their purpose. There is no washing machine which I would have expected at the property, being self-contained. Only one channel available on the TV (SBS). The unit smells a bit funky. most likely due to its age and the hot/humid environment.
