Located in Saint-Paul, this charming condo for $200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. We are glad to welcome you in our magnificent T5 "L'Etoile Bleue", located in the center of St-Gilles les Bains. This beautiful apartment designed for 12 people is ideally located for a stay with family or friends in the west of the island. • Bohemian chic decoration • Terrace with a beautiful view • Close to all amenities • Sheets, towels, soaps, shampoo offered! • Fully equipped (Smart TV, WIFI, coffee maker, crockery, utensils...) • Housekeeping included ACCOMMODATION: ✅ A fully equipped American kitchen designed for your stay, with all crockery and kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster, rice cooker, dishwasher as well as a refrigerator and a freezer. ✅ A living room equipped with a corner sofa and a Smart TV with Netflix connection and access to Reunion Island satellite channels. It opens onto a dining area with a large table. ✅ Two bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size bed and storage space. The second bedroom with mezzanine has 4 single beds and a double bed. ✅ Two other bedrooms on the second floor each with a Queen Size bed, storage space and private bathroom with bathtub. ✅ Two modern bathrooms with walk-in shower, basin and storage. ✅ A magnificent terrace with outdoor lounge, dining area with a magnificent view of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains and the ocean. ✅ The apartment is equipped with an internet connection (fiber) and all rooms are air-conditioned. *Parties are not allowed **Apartment not adapted for people with reduced mobility ***There is no private parking spot ACCESS FOR GUESTS: 🚀 You will receive a complete arrival guide to provide you with all the instructions and directions to access the accommodation. You will be able to access the accommodation easily and autonomously thanks to a specific access system: an intelligent key box. We send you the code and hop, the keys are yours! ⌛ No need to make an appointment, no need to wait for someone to pick up your keys! You decide when and without waiting! *The key box is located at the “Black Sheep” van rental agency at Ermitage les Bains. Nearby: • 2 minutes walk from the beach of Saint-Leu • 5 minutes walk from the Leader Price • 5 minutes walk from the market of Saint-Leu • 30 minutes by car from Saint-Louis Hospital • Close to all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries). Nous étions surpris en arrivant par la grandeur de l'appartement. Même en étant en centre ville, l'endroit été calme. La terrasse avec vu sur le port de St Gilles excellent. La déco et les équipements... Tout pour passer un bon séjour Peut être la mise en place d'une remise des clés à proximité de l'établissement en fin de séjour surtout.
