We expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. This is not the house for parties and/or night owls. The entire house is yours! You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay. We do make exceptions for guests under 25 with a security deposit and agreement of our house rules The home does have Rin and Nest cameras for the front entrance and parking area. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with either camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund. ! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis. A rental agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and needs to be signed.
