The property was very tastefully appointed. The wall art was beautiful downstairs with dolphins and whales. There were only two bedrooms with child related themes, and they were not as garish as many. The agent was responsive when we needed extra spoons because our group cooked for ourselves the entire time. The swimming pool heats separately from the Jacuzzi, which is not always the case in these vacation homes. So the Jacuzzi could be at 104 and the pool could still be at 86 which I love because I’m a swimmer. The backyard is lovely. Although you have neighbors very close on both sides, you have nature to look back on through the back windows, which was a big plus for us.

A group of 18 people with 5 parking passes, we couldn’t even get past the security because the host refused to add all our names with the security desk. One guest experienced ants in their bed and when I called the host he said to go into the garbage and get the bug spray. Will never stay here again!

The house was big and very comfortable. The owner responded very quickly when we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying at this home !

My family and I visit the Davenport area at least 2 a year and have rented many homes through the years. Listing says it's pet friendly and it's NOT. Got a message the same day of arrival that pets weren't allowed even though I specifically sought out a pet friendly home. It also says in the description that gatherings were allowed and my message said they were not. The entrance to get in is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Took 3 hours to get into the property on a sat evening. The home itself is large enough for a big family, however it didn't have enough plates, kitchen utensils, or towels. There isn't enough parking space either and beware because you could have your car towed. The pool light was broken and we couldn't use the pool at night, so we couldn't enjoy that either. If you're looking for a place that feels like home this just wasn't anything I expected. Overall The home looked rushed and thrown together. I honestly would not stay here again nor would I recommend based on my experience.

This house was everything it was described as. There was plenty of room for my family and noone was overcrowed. The pool was nice and the jacuzzi was relaxing. The only downfall to my trip was getting back in when we left at night. The traffic was so heavy it took us 45 min to a hour to get back to the house at the gate. Jerry was an awesome host and he answered all my questions before check in. I will definitely be trying to rent this home again for my 16th anniversary in May. We had a wonderful time at this property. The property is spacious and had plenty of space for my family of 13, including two dogs. The owner was very responsive to any request that I made. The neighborhood is lovely and close to Orlando for anyone who is planning on doing any of the parks. Would absolutely stay here again!
