Over all good.

It was a quiet and great location

The floors was filthy. It needs a really good mopping. We had to wash our feet at night before bed bc our was black on the bottom. Once we found out how nasty o floors was we just kept out shoes on to keep our feet clean. Besides that the place was clean.

Disappointed

Price was fair, place was quiet and easy to find.

The facility looked clean when you walked in the door, but the floors where nasty and if you walked barefoot it would turn your feet black in just a few steps. The love seat was nasty, nasty! Needs to go to a burn pile. Ants crawling on the counter top. Took pictures and video's of it. Appears the floors havent been wet mopped in quiet a while.The love seat is stained and pillows on it where nasty dirty.

Never again!!!

Size, number of sleeping locations, two full bathrooms, equipped kitchen. Visually clean.

Staff. Location was difficult but would have been fine with communication from the staff. The fact that I was expecting the advertised price and not the outrageous price I was charged. But I had an emergency and needed the room, so I paid it. It included a cleaning fee and some air b&b’s do not. BUT THEN I saw the guest rules and the check out rules. Asking to pay $150 cleaning fee AND asking guests to clean the room before leaving is ridiculous. Asking guests to be quiet at 9pm IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER, ON THE WEEKEND is ridiculous! Advertising a farmhouse and to families THEN right before they pay throw on the fees THEN after they pay and they are stuck with you only them do you give them the rules. Be quiet after 9pm, the neighbors next door and below are residence and WILL tell us if you’re too loud and may even call the police. …. Um hello I had two teenage boys, they are adjusting to their outrageous growth spurt and can’t walk quietly to save their lives. I needed to cancel. No way this would work. But again there is zero communication or help with anything. They send you a door lock code with a text robot to get in. And expect you to clean when you leave. I still can’t believe how stressful it all was. The no communication is really the root of the problem. Not the price. Not the room. The fact that nothing was ever communicated until after the information was needed. It would have been fine for just me or maybe even a couple. It did appear clean but it did not smell clean. The sheets were covered in what looked like cat hair. And judging by my swollen and matted eyes the next morning I bet I’m right. The next morning two people smoking in the parking lot gave us impatient dirty looks until we finished loading the car.

Loooong!!!

I liked the Farm House theme, just chairs & beds were terribly hard, TV’S none worked, no cable therefore no news, Dryer didn’t dry clothes & the 3rd bedroom was a front porch. Nothing like we are used to staying in so will go elsewhere next time. Thank You Vicki Benjamin

It was a quiet and great location
