Located in town, it is 10 minutes from the Homer Spit and less than 5 minutes from local amenities. Open concept upstairs with large kitchen, living and dining areas. King primary suite and two additional bedrooms with queen beds located downstairs. There is one exterior security camera on the garage overlooking the driveway. There is also a doorbell camera at the front door with a view of the walkway. Both devices will be on during your stay and record audio and video. Minimum 2 night stay/maximum 14 nights.

This was a clean and comfortable property with all the amenities one could want. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch with the fire pit going. The furniture was comfortable. We appreciated the array of spices and the local designer salt. The binder on the table provided all the information we needed. The one bedroom doesn't have heat, which might have been a problem if the weather has been colder, but as it was, there was no issue. Overall, this was a great property that we'd happily visit again.

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful Vrbo home in Homer! Traveling with a group of four, we were amazed by the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the house. The spacious living room and kitchen were a true delight, equipped with everything we needed. The fire pit added a cozy touch, and the views of the water were absolutely stunning. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, and the convenient location was perfect for exploring. A special shoutout to the fantastic host who made our experience even more memorable. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful house with everything needed for our stay in Homer. Great views, awesome fully stocked kitchen, large living area, comfortable beds, washer/dryer. Malinda was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. And we had moose friends walk through the driveway!

Great location, great views and the property is immaculately maintained. Probably better than advertised on the website. It’s very close to everything in Homer but far enough away from the chaos on the Homer Spit.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The outdoor patio with ocean views, plenty of seating, and gas fire pit was the perfect hangout spot. The house was very well stocked and extremely clean! We highly recommend (10/10)

I’ve rented homes in multiple states and this was the most comfortable, organized place we’ve stayed. Often I end up running out for spices or foil or other little things but they were all there and easy to find. Home was immaculate, comfortable beds and chairs, beautiful porch, nice selection of puzzles and games. (I live in Alaska but it’s always nice to have indoor activities for a rainy day, even in June in Homer.) Overall, was like staying in a high-end hotel but with a full living/cooking area. Homer is small so everything is near everything else but this is also within 5 minutes of some of our favorite dining places: Fat Olives (pizza and more), Two Sisters (bakery) had Wild Honey Bistro (crepes). Wouldn’t change a thing.
