Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Met our son and his family in Girdwood for Spring Break. The property was very clean and had plenty of room. I cooked most of the meals and was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. The property was also dog friendly which is beyond awesome!! Highly recommend this rental!!

This house has a tenant that lives below that smokes - the smoke and smell fills the entire house. I would also suggest no one ever books with Vacasa as their policy on how to deal with the above are horrendous.

The location was great to get to the Aleyeska Ski resort. The place was very clean. I loved that it was well stocked with cooking tools (spatulas, cookie sheets, pots/pans) and even had Tupperware you could use! The beds were comfortable and sheets/blankets very nice. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was huge. It was truly a home away from home and I will be back again!
