Location, neat and clean. Value for money.
Front office staff, the receptionist.
He gave me the keys and didn't bother to direct me to the room.
My wife and I carried our luggage and were looking for our room.
Once we found our room, we couldn't switch on the lights because the mains were off and we didn't know where the mains was.
We are both 60+.
Appreciate if they could take care of such minute details.
Otherwise, our stay was very comfortable, and we would highly recommend Pearl Mahe and Booking. com.
