Location and Unit itself was good.
The key and access system was pathetic and horrible. We had to wait for two hours outside the building, in front of the main entrance, with our family and luggage. The main door was supposed to open automatically using the online access system, but the application did not work for two hours.
During this time, I called the property many times, but there was no response. I also sent several messages through Booking.com, but nobody replied.
After waiting for two hours, someone from the property finally provided us with the correct access. It was extremely frustrating and a big inconvenience to wait outside for so long with my family and luggage. This was a very poor and unacceptable experience.

The apartment is very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms which was great as it was very hot in Bari in July. It could be an exceptional apartment with a few more extra touches such as pictures on walls, if the kitchen was a little bit better equipped for example things like wine glasses, cooking stuff. It is a spacious apartment though and we enjoyed staying there.

Vyborná lokalita blizko stareho mesta a vlakovej stanice.
Na ubytovani sme mali problem s otvaranim dveri nevedeli sme sa dostat do apartmanu. Dve hodiny sme sedli na schodoch pretoze bola nedela a emergency cislo bolo len od pondelka do piatka. Komunikacia bola zdlhava. Nakoniec sme sa dostali ku klucom ale apartman nejsiel zamknut jednoducho stacilo silnejsie potlacit do dveri a tie sa otvorili. Tak sme len dufali ze nas niekdo nevykradne.
