About this house rental

Located in Kahului, this attractive house for $912 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. NOTE: The safety and security of our Guests and Team Members has always been our priority. We are taking additional precautionary measures to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards and to do our part in reducing the spread of coronavirus. When it comes to comfort, convenience, and an aloha spirit - you found the right place to stay. Relax by the pool, indulge in our buffet dinner, and enjoy views out over Kahului Bay. All this is yours within 10 minutes of the airport, and you'll be close to many of the island's best sights and recreational areas, including Iao Valley and the artsy town of Wailuku. The wonders of Maui are all around us. From this point, you can easily access the incredible diversity of things to do and see, from the dramatic and varied landscapes of Haleakala to the waters of Honolua Bay, not to mention all the forests, jungles, and green valleys in between. And at the end of the day, we’ll meet you back here to enjoy the oceanfront views as the sun goes down. PLEASE NOTE: - The listings are distributed and managed by RoomPicks Accommodations. - These are TWO separate units located in the hotel-style property. These are not adjoining units, units may not be located next to each other - the exact units are assigned upon arrival, based on availability. The price is for BOTH units. THE UNITS Each 380sf Ocean Front unit features: - 2 Double beds; - Daily housekeeping; - Coffee maker, mini-fridge; - All linens, towels, bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!! THE PROPERTY Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities: - 24/7 Front desk and Security; - Swimming pool; - Loungers and towels by the pool; - On-site restaurant and bar; - Fitness center; - ATM/Cash machine on-site; - Dogs are allowed for an extra charge of USD 35, per pet, per night, plus a deposit of USD 100 per stay; - Airport shuttle service (We currently don’t have shuttle service due to Covid-19); - Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 15 per day. NOTE: According to state regulations, all out of state travelers will have to go under mandatory enforced 14 day self-quarantine upon arrival. In the light of COVID-19 restrictions, some of the amenities may not function as advertised. At this time and until further notice: - Front Desk hours is from 6AM -12AM only. - Pool (unheated) is open from 9AM - 9PM - Fitness center is still closed. - Restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner only. From Tuesday- Sunday only. They are closed every Monday. Breakfast is from 7AM-9AM & Dinner is from 5:30PM-8:30 PM. - The pool bar is open from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM; -The property is on the beach and the public beach is open.
