The driveway offers plenty of parking. Walk down the granite steps to the front door of the home. Entering the home, your eyes will beam with delight from the door, with the openness and views. The large kitchen will make any cook smile from ear to ear. The open concept in the Kitchen, Dining and Living room is perfect for entertaining. Off the Main living quarters, you will find two bedrooms, both have ensuite bathrooms and King beds. Downstairs you will enter another living room area, with two slider doors onto the patio, backyard area. There is a bedroom with two twin beds and a bunk bed. Then another bedroom with a queen size bed and slider onto the back patio area. There is a small workspace downstairs if you need to work during your stay, as well as another bathroom. Outside you have access to the dock, to park your boat on Lake Winnipesaukee. A sandy bottom to walk right into the water. Float or swim which ever you choose this home is perfect for relaxing by the lake. There is a grill for you to use as well as an Outdoor Fireplace! This home is just minutes away from Downtown Meredith. Where you will find restaurants, shops, cafes, parks and more. Please note: Sheets and towels ARE included in this rental.
