Das Appartment von Fabio war mein Domizil während meines Italienischkurses in Bologna. Für mich war es perfekt! Fußläufig zur Innenstadt, ruhig, gemütlich, ein optimaler Rückzugsort zum Entspannen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und liebevoll gestaltet, mit allen Möbeln und Elektrogeräten die man/frau für eine Woche und mehr benötigt. Es gibt einen kleinen Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert bestens, was im August sehr nötig war. Fabio hat von seinem Weingut zahlreiche Probeflaschen zur Verfügung gestellt, sehr gute Qualität aus der Region. Und das beste: Fabio holte mich persönlich vom Bahnhof ab und wartete geduldig bis der verspätete Zug ankam. Danke Fabio!
Ein bisschen mehr von dem vorzüglichen Kaffee für die hervorragende Espressomaschine. Die Pads waren in ganz Bologna im August nicht aufzutreiben;)

Die Nähe zur Altstadt. Sie ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Unterkunft liegt in der ZTL (kostenpflichtige Zone). Wenn man in diese Zone fährt muss man eine Strafe bezahlen. Diese Info wäre vorab gut und wichtig gewesen.

Water pressure terrible, drain smell in bathroom, neighbour was very loud had a parrot that was not quiet. Most electric sockets didnt work and some were dangerous, balcony was too exposed to other residents.Building work started very early not a very relaxing stay
