This completely updated, single-level home situated in the heart of Sarasota off University Parkway. Wide open, bright, and decorated with all new furniture! Comfortable casual feel! We offer a ton of amenities. The perfect beaches of Lido Beach and Siesta Key Beach which is voted the US #1 beach year after year are easily accessible. Conveniently located and only 4 miles to SRQ airport. This spacious home boasts over 2,100 square-feet of luxurious open living all on one level. Completely remodeled with new tiled bathrooms, kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and sparkling quarts counter tops. Patio overlooks the sparkling pool. Smart TV's and super fast WiFi. Everything is brand new! Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed + Pack n' Play | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed + Futon | Bedroom 4: 2 Single Beds +Trundle Bed + 1 Single Bunk+ 2 Chairs that Convert to Single Beds | Bonus Room: Sofa Sleeper (Convertible Chair beds and Pack N'Play can be used in any room) Traveling with small children? Pack n’ Play, Stroller, Highchair, Baby Monitor, and kids dinnerware provided All linens and towels provided (bath and beach!) There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because somehow everyone always ends up in the kitchen, right? The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and center island. 12 place settings, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, crock pot, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!) Dining: Kitchen Island with 4 stools, Dining room that seats 6.... Pool Settings are all scheduled. Pool Heater is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp. Outdoor furniture: lounge chair, patio table that seats 6.... Games: Cards, Board Games, Pool Toys Central air Washer and Dryer Tons of Amenities Included: Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper and soap provided! Beach Equipment: 4 sand chairs, beach mat, umbrella, cooler bag, cooler, beach wagon and sand toys provided. Children items supplied – Baby Stroller, 2 Pack N Plays with sheets, Children's Dinnerware, 3 Silicone Bibs, Bathroom Stepstool, High Chair, Booster Chair, Beach Toys, Pool Toys, Child Safety Vests, Children's Games Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. This property was just as advertised. It was very clean and was stocked with so many supplies that you usually have to provide yourself. The open floorplan was perfect for a family gathering. It was great to have the pool. The yard is fenced and very private. The house is newly updated and was beautifully done. The location is great and is so close to beaches, shopping and groceries. The host was so easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property.

The property was beautiful and inviting. The house had everything necessary to enjoy our stay. The rooms were spacious and the pool was a family fav. All of the baby items were an amazing amenity, the house was very kid friendly. Michelle was super responso and helpful.

The house was beautiful. Everything was clean and labeled very nicely. The neighbors were all great, no problems or anything. Easy to contact with the owner (Michelle), she had quick and helpful responses. We highly recommend this house for anyone interested.
