I knew back in the day this hotel/motel was not the greatest. I was hoping that the newest most current owners fixed it up however, it isn't much better. You can throw a new paint job over existing disgust, but you shouldn't call it NEW or RESTORED, and just know that that new paint job doesn't cover everything like pest control issues or lack of house keeping. If those things weren't bad enough, the domestic situation we were roomed right next to, forced to listen to 2 drug addicts fight and scream all night, and then have the cops banging on our door first thing this morning really was the cherry on top for our 1 night stay.

I stayed 5 days. I requested new towels and sheets to front desk on the phone and they never changed. Only sheets on bed, no comforter. AC has sign "do not adjust". Room 152 had no place to hang clothes. The shower was nice. When I tried to check out a day early due to family issue, the hotel wouldn't refund my last day. Sorry I can't recommend this hotel even though it is very convenient to New Port Richey where my friends live. I'll go somewhere else next time. I'm really not a picky person.

Motel six exterior sign of as out and four sheriff automobile had the parking lot surrounded had it not need prepaid I would skip the dump all review of the motel are misleading and surprised motel 6 will allow this dump be allowed on their group never again

The bedding was dirty and disgusting had food and other things all over it. Only hot one tile that was dirty in the room for two people on a two night stay. Did request for clean towels and was denied not only denied they proceeded to argue with me and say it was my problem. Also was told I would be refunded and still have not received a penny for only one night not both nights because I had to find a new hotel for the second night I would not stay there again. I do not recommend for any family or respectable people to stay in this hotel for any reason it is absolutely disgusting.

This was a nightmare from the second I walked in. The lady at the front desk was dishonest and rude and could not possibly care any less about customer service. I travel extensively for work around the nation and Motel 6 is always a hit or miss. Either it blows your mind how wonderful and clean it is or it is just downright nasty. This place was held together with bubblegum and duct tape for sure. The lady first said that they didn't have any rooms AFTER I paid in advance for a room. Then I said, that's impossible because I already paid in advance with a note advising of a later evening arrival time. Then she said that they could keep the money and cancel any reservation without reason. When we arrived at about 8pm, the rooms were not clean and ready, 3 other patrons kept coming back with keys that didn't work and when I contacted Hotels.com they said that I was already checked in, which was another lie. The lobby was dirty and skeevy and smelled of mold. I can overlook a lot but the poor attitude and dishonest nature of the staff was the last straw. Then no one checked IDs and she just pushed a card over the counter and said the room number we're in. You don't even get what you pay for at this place. It's a dive, just don't do it. The Quality Inn about a mile up the road was so much better with much better customer service and a nicer place. This Motel 6 should be banned from third party platforms like hotels.com.

Motel 6 or La Casa Inn in New Port Richey.
This place is a dump. We made reservations and looked forward to our stay close by to family. We arrived late around 11pm due to rental car issues and the office was closed. I had to call a number posted on the door. Someone finally came and got us to our room 106. The room smelled awful. Like marijuana and cigarette smoke. I tried to call the office and no one answered. My daughter found some car air fresheners and that kind of helped. So the next morning we moved to another room 206. We were on the first floor with 2 queen beds. The door didn’t seal properly and there was an infestation of cockroaches. Our new room was on the second floor almost above the first room. I guess the other tenants lived on site as they were loud and partying, smoking weed and cigarettes and talking loudly. I kindly as them to quiet down. There was no house keeping and the people who were kind of living there didn’t seem to care. Half dressed and blatantly smoking weed. I don’t recommend this place whatsoever. It was scary for my family. When we left for the day we took our belongings with us. If I lived in a cardboard box I would enjoy that better than this place. Ugh 👎👎👎

Motel 6 at US 19 & Green Key.
The first room they gave me the door key wouldn’t work, they let me in the room which was not clean, should have left then, but no where else to go in this storm.
Went to my car door not working again. after several tries I was relocated to another room. It’s okay, but not very good.
They’ve tried to remodel this old motel, but they haven’t done a good job of it, they probably used handyman’s instead of hiring professionals. Plus the whole parking lot was under water by the time I left next morning.
I would not recommend this motel 6 unless it’s the last resort in an emergency which was my case. But I won’t stay here again.

The tv was broken, the keys didnt work to get in, the wifi was not working. Staff banged on my door at 1030 at night asling me if my dog pooped on the walkway i said no he doesnt go on anything but grass. She proceeded to badger me telling me she knows it was my dog when it wasent. The shower was dirty and there was dog poop smeared on the floor wjen we walked in the room.

The experience we had in this hotel was really bad.
The features we had:
- Big stains on the towls
- Hair, bottle caps and crumbs on the floor
- Sticky surfaces
- No toilet paper
- Cockroaches
- A half-pipe-style bed where you roll into the middle
- Broken AC
- Loud neighbours
No kidding, they do not clean at all, even if you ask them.
And no: Of course they did not refund us the money for the second night we did not stay there as they told us they will.

The staff are impecable and so are the prices.The rooms are pretty good. Large TV's and comfy beds. And they have the best pillows. I sleep like a baby cuddled up with those softies. And tbh, the tubs are huge. Great soak. Clean pool, but it was closed down when we were there for several day in a row.Overall, it was a pleasant & comfortable stay.

This place was in the process of being renovated but not cleaned up after themselves. Door was broken and had to keep asking office to open. Supplied 2 towels 2 wash cloths 1 hand towel for a 2 day stay. Tried checking out at 9 am office closed. Took 4 phone calls to get someone to come. Room was not cleaned or made up daily.

Cheapest motel in area. But there were no pillowcases, no waste can, floor turned our socks black and hot water in shower only trickled. Staff was friendly and did their best to fix the problems but there shouldn’t have been so many problems to begin with.

Nothing was good except that it seems we didn't get bedbugs, and that was a miracle because there are no plastic coverings on the mattresses. The place was not clean, the toilets were stained, the people staying there were sketchy, one bed was missing a blanket, I was given a key to an occupied room with a pitbull, and the tv didn't work. The manager said he would come over to deal with the various problems but never did. We asked for a different room and they told us they didn't have one but we could see better rooms that were unoccupied.

Room is on Route 19 in a retail area. Room was recently renovated with a new walk-in shower. Only complaint was vinyl flooring throughout the room was a little dirty. Bed and bedding were clean

This is a under new management property, my whole stay from start to end was fantastic, the bed was the highlight being super comfy, which is a huge plus when traveling! Super quiet and comfortable, only negative is there is no wifi but it is in the works.

I wasn’t able to check in and stay at this hotel. The clerk said that Hotels.com should have never booked the room because their network is down. I had to back track 20 miles and get another hotel. Hoping I get a refund

I reserved a room on Tuesday for an overnight stay on Saturday, after staying overnight the previous week. I was VERY disappointed when I arrived, to find out EXPEDIA had over-booked the motel and my reservation couldn't be honored! Not the motel"s fault! Thanks EXPEDIA! Luckily, the desk clerk could refer me to another property for the same rate. Now, i have to make sure I wasn't charged on my CC !

The hotel does not match the picture. The place is terrible.the staff are nasty and rude . You have to get them on the phone. Upon arrival . I could not not to my room so many police on the compound. The room dirty, the floor not sweep .no internet no tv. One towel no room service . Upon check out I was put outside the office so they can check dirty Room. I would never Recommend this place to any one never again the worse place I ever stayed it Dirty . I am still annoyed.I am annoyed very much.

This motel is in the process of being remodeled. Not all the rooms are available yet. The facilities are minimal at this point but they are working hard to do it right. I wont list the "deficiencies" except to say there was no internet wifi yet. Theyre taking security seriously and everything was clean, if worn. The beds were very nice and the price was good. I will stay there again if needed. This is a '60s era motel being renovated. The doors were new and solid with good locks. The property was clean and everything freshly painted. Furniture was all very worn, but serviceable. Bathroom fixtures were newer. My biggest complaint was the light over the sink was way too bright and wrong for the room - shown directly into eyes while in bed. The only other issue I had was a noisy, overly-talkative neighbor smoking outside our room in the morning. People still smoke? Why? This is not a "deluxe" lodging but who cares? Location and price are very nice. I should add, you need a $50 cash security deposit but they promptly return when you leave. The pool was not open while I was there, but it looked clean and nice enough.

This hotel is a lot like a play that's not quite ready for an audience. There's no internet. No laundry (rooms yes, machines no) facilities. My room was filthy (I don't know what they used to clean glass, but it wasn't a glass cleaner), the floor was dirty, the shower curtain was clearly the cheapest plastic sheet that management would pay for. The door didn't close properly. No ice or vending machines.
Upside of this place is that the staff was super friendly and outgoing and understood the limitations and lack-of-readiness of the hotel.
