The worst experience I’ve had

Bearing in mind we got a totally different property that we booked I can’t comment! We were moved from a 2 bed & 3 bed apartments to 2 x 1 bed apartments for a group of 7!!

We were moved 1.5 miles from original booked apartments at the expense of extra taxis. We then found they were smaller than we asked with not enough beds for our group! We also didn’t get access codes until two hours after check in time!! They still haven’t refunded our large deposit either and no communication from them. Complaints made to credit card companies and booking.com

Nice clean modern property. Communication between myself and property owner prior to my stay was excellent. Will be booking with them again in the future.
