La propreté du studio. Ce dernier était bien situé proche des transports et de toutes commodités.

Le studio était bien équipé (réfrigérateur, plaques de cuisson et four) sauf qu'il n'y avait aucun ustensile pour cuisiner (aucune casserole, aucune poêle, aucun plat allant au four, aucun saladier) c'est dommage! Autre désagrément, pour ce qui concerne mon séjour, une fête bruyante jusqu'à pratiquement 2h du matin dans le studio d'à côté. Un certain manque de sécurité puisque la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble était souvent laissée ouverte. Le studio ne fait pas 85 m2 comme stipulé sur le site mais cela n'a pas d'importance.

Shower was cold and hot and only one roll of toilet paper(didn’t run short!)

no confortable sleep because of loud neighbors and other guests, too thin wall in the building not ecological cleaner in the toilet and kitchen toilet seat was not stable.

Location was excellent for my work needs and will use again when working in the Ealing area, Breakfast items and yoghurts and milk in fridge on arrival.

Clean accommodation, and convenient location to the underground and shops/restaurants. Short walk to car park open 06:00-24:00 hrs. Simple breakfast provided. Just a shame no hot water. Cold shower brrrr

Smaller than expected, no hot water as boiler had a fault, property description did not match reality. This is a small bed sit (1 of 4) with no on site staff or any other services. No on site car parking

Good location for easy access to the Central Line.

The property description says there is parking available and an inclusive breakfast, there are neither of these things. I was forced to find an alternative location and pay for overnight parking after a stressful 20 minutes outside the property trying to contact the owners (with no success) whilst Londoners swore at us. I had also attempted to contact them multiple times on my way to the property, but they did not reply to my message and the phone number was permanently engaged. Checking in was advertised as being from 3pm, but they did not send the instructions to access the room until nearly 20 past three, whilst totally ignoring my question about where to park. When I later messaged to ask about breakfast I was told 'it is in the room'. There was no food in any of the cupboards or the fridge. I messaged about this and received no response. I submitted a complaint via Booking.com afterwards and was told that there will be no positive outcome, not even an apology. Disgusting customer service.
