Clean and comfortable room. Value for money. Big swimming pool with amazing views.
Reception staff were not warm and welcoming, seemed robotic. The free shuttle was not consistent and lacked organization.

The staff is the best (we loved Thi Thi!)
The rooms are also good value for the money.
The location is really close by taxi to city center and airport!
It felt not a really “warm” place. Feels really cold and empty.
The facilities were empty and the offer was not really appealing. Even if we were super tired we’d rather went outside to eat something than having dinner at the hotel restaurant.
