Exceeded our expectations. Lots of free activities & all you can eat breakfast included in Room fee. Staff were amazing, helpful & very friendly. Natural hot springs weave through the property for guests to enjoy.

All the staff were just lovely and made us feel so welcome. The evening onsen and reflexology sessions created the perfect nights sleep.

We love the onsen spa and the massage. Beautiful scenery especially the lotus lake. One of the receptionist we met on the first day is very polite and professional unfortunately we can't remember her name.
The rooms we stayed (deluxe) were really run down, paint falling off the wall and one of the room was a bit smelly. The room made us feel like it was a 3 star hotel not a 5 star resort.
We left a small towel at the private pool and when checking out the receptionist asked us to go and find it even I told them exactly where it was. We paid a lot of money to stay there definitely wouldn't steal a small towel, maybe instead of making us go look for it they could just call the staff to check if it was where we said it was, very unprofessional of them.
