Location was good breakfast ok wifi excellent in all areas staff friendly spoke good English. Nice little pool on the roof

I like the Buffet type breakfast, lots of options and its worth the money and stay. The location is near to Lotte Mart and Vincom Plaza. The place is near to store that sells Bahn Mi only 19k.
We appreciate it if there will be Water Dispenser for free water in the future if it’s possible, if not possible it’s still ok.

The beds and pillows were super comfy. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but not all. Great location! Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute Grab to the downtown core.
There are two Cordial Hotels. The smaller one is very loud. There are venders using PA systems in the street till 11pm. The rooms were not properly cleaned. The floors weren’t swept and clean towels and dishes were literally left in a pile on the chair. Sometimes a dirty glass was left behind. Wrappers and such were not disposed of by house cleaning. My first room didn’t have a safety deposit box so they gave me a new room for which I was grateful. The final straw was when they sprayed pesticide on my floor for an ant problem. My eyes were burning so they moved me to another floor. Then moved me to the newer hotel again, grateful however three room changes in the first five days after a 23 hour flight was not at all relaxing.
