Perfect for excursions both to the beach and the city (beach is walking distance, city is a quick grab about 20k Dong)
Staff were accommodating, communication was smooth. An issue with the lock on the door was dealt with swiftly and professionally.
Room was large, clean and the view of the city and side view of the ocean were great.
The larger rooms should come with larger fridges as there ample room. Other than that nothing

My room was bright and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was a great place to spend one night, and I would come back again.
The front room had a slight smell of cigarate smoke, not like someone had smoked there recently, more like an old smell that probably came from the airconditioning, if the airconditioning in the bedroom had worked, I could just close the door and this wouldn't have been a problem, but since it didn't, I had to leave the door open, which was a bit unpleasent. There were also some mold spots around the bathtub, but it felt very clean overall.

Room seemed to have undergone a refurbishment
The staff were very nice and happily kept our luggage whilst we went to Hue.
The location is not too far from the beach and an easy walk
The shower leaked. The AC was not good. The bathroom was old and in need of refurbishment. Things in the bathroom needed replacing. Hair on the floor and generally didn't feel or look very clean. No tv working. Wouldn't stay again
