The location was great, except for the construction right outside the view we paid extra for. Wish we would have known about that in advance.
The staff harassed us about using towels our entire stay. We didn’t even feel comfortable using them because they had an issue with us using them and them having to wash them. We dried our hands on one and they told us they needed to charge us for it. I actually had my own towel that I brought with me and they took it out our room and tried to charge us for that towel. On top of that we had cold water in the shower almost our entire 3 night stay. It finally got fixed our last night. Perhaps being insanely petty over towels isn’t the way to get repeat guests or referrals.
